Omatic engineers have identified an issue with automated certificate renewal affecting the Omatic Cloud platform resulting in delays loading the Web UI, issues with certain connectors, and other unexplained timeouts in OIC and OC.
The team is applying a workaround to resolve the impact of the issue.
To reduce the Impact, affected users might wait until the issue is resolved to attempt to use the UI.
Updates are expected twice daily or on a change of status.
