The Omatic team established a resolution to the issue with Record Matching, Transformation, and Routing affecting the OIC and OC environments resulting in missing transformations, inability to move records.

Engineers continue to monitor progress and normal functioning of the system.

While the system is functioning normally at this time, some users may be unable to view Transformations temporarily on certain formulas.

For specific formulas that do not appear correctly, users are encouraged to create tickets with support so that engineers can confirm the state of individual processing jobs.

Updates are expected twice daily or on a change of status.
